TCDI Marks Labour Day by Recognising Community Workers in Tunduru

On this year’s Labour Day, Tunduru Community Development Initiative (TCDI) joined the rest of the world in recognising the value of work and the people behind community transformation.

At TCDI, we believe that meaningful development begins with dedicated individuals who commit their time, skills and effort to serve others. From volunteer teachers supporting students in rural areas to community members raising awareness on health and social issues, their contributions continue to shape a better future for Tunduru.

This day provided an opportunity to reflect on the importance of teamwork, service and commitment in addressing local challenges. The progress seen in education, youth engagement and health awareness is a direct result of collective effort.
