Tunduru Community Development Initiative (TCDI) is a youth-led community-based organization established in 2022 March 27, working in Tunduru District, Tanzania, to support education, strengthen community health awareness, and empower young people through structured volunteer programs.

TCDI was founded by alumni and young individuals originating from different villages in Tunduru with a shared commitment to address real community challenges. The organization brings together volunteers, alumni, and local stakeholders to implement practical, community-based solutions.
