TCDI Offers Condolences After Fatal Road Accident on the Tunduru–Misechela Journey
TCDI extends heartfelt condolences to the families, relatives and friends affected by the tragic accident of 20 May 2026 on the road from Tunduru town towards Misechela.
Tunduru Community Development Initiative (TCDI) extends its deepest condolences to the families, relatives, friends and loved ones of those affected by the tragic passenger vehicle accident that occurred on 20 May 2026 during a journey from Tunduru town towards Misechela.
With deep sorrow, reports indicate that 5 people lost their lives at the scene, while several others were injured and continue to receive medical treatment.
We pray that Almighty God grants the departed His mercy and eternal rest, and grants the injured a swift and full recovery.
TCDI also calls upon the Government and the responsible authorities to continue improving road infrastructure towards the villages, including the construction of tarmac roads, in order to reduce accidents and to ease the social services and economic development that connect the villages with Tunduru town.
