JKT graduates urged to use training as a catalyst for change

The Ruvuma Regional Commissioner, Brig. Gen. Ahmed Abbas Ahmed, urged the graduates of the National Service (JKT) preliminary training to use their skills for positive change and to be ready for national defense, as reported by the Ruvuma Regional Secretariat news.
